When one wants to believe something, as you apparently do, nothing or nobody will sway you because you can always dig up examples of where people make bad calls. So now you can write of The Economist. PLEASE give me an example of who you think has credible information on the housing market. You are making a very very bad call if you think real estate is going anywhere but down from here.
