What has no one mentioned the new contract ECD has?

7 megawatts of solar power for the U.S. army based in Ohau

It was in a press release last week. They sent me an e-mail on it.

That is more than a quarter of their current production. What I am thinking is that there might be follow up orders. I can almost imagine that ECD could dedicate there current machinery solely to power U.S. bases for years to come. I also thought that it would be ideal power to supply bases in foreign lands as there would not be the enormous shipping costs or pollution from on site generation. I can also imagine that it would be ideal power for emergency response teams running water treatment equipment and the like.

I wonder if the top of a flattop (aircraft carrier was covered with solar panels whether it would continue to generate well year after year.
