I'm not sure I understand the relevance of defining citizenship. I suspect we might define it the same way but obviously it doesn't lead us to the same conclusions on the issue we have been discussing. What are my rights and obligations? That's a very complex question. A proper response would be more suited to a book than a post. In a very general sense I would say that I have the right not be be unjustly abused and the obligation not to unjustly abuse others. But "unjustly abuse" is vague and generic and different people will take it to mean different things. Tim
