etchmeister, RE: Did analyst ask where the $200 reduction will occur? - they should have asked that question (that's the first question I would have asked but I'm not an analyst who is tied with one leg to the trading desk).

I have made this point before but it bears repeating: an analyst will never ask an important question on a public conference call. It is not in his best interest to do so.

I am defining "important question" as a question that the analyst does not already know the answer to, and whose answer will have an impact as to the analyst's opinion of the company and/or the stock.
