Italy EDSlan To Take Part in InterNETworking Fair 2005
Italian networking products distributor EDSlan will take part in InterNETworking trade fair, dedicated to corporate network software and hardware solutions, which will be held in Rome on November 8 and 9, 2005.
At its stand at the forthcoming InterNETworking, EDSlan will present the indoor and outdoor Wireless-Wi solutions of its partner, the Italian wireless solutions provider Raytalk, which are distributed by EDSlan.
At InterNETworking 2005, EDSlan will also promote its new IT security solutions, such as Unified Threat Management (UTM) network security systems, Firewall, Virtual Private Network (VPN), real time intrusion prevention, antivirus, antispam and antispyware systems. The company will also present its new strong authentication and data encryption system, named Portable Security, and its new Internet Server Appliance Alcatel Eye-BOX, developed jointly with French telecommunications equipment maker Alcatel.
EDSlan, established in 1988 and based in Vimercate, in the northern Italian province of Milan, is specialized in distribution of cabling, networking, security and LAN telephony solutions. The company generates an average annual turnover of more than 43 mln euro ($50.8 mln).
InterNETworking 2005 is organized by Italian information and communications technology (ICT) company Soiel International.
