I still am asking, how would it be safe to fly my mentally retarded sister to Calif when the Airline Escorts aren't required to inform the Airline crew about my sister's handicap. What if she got scared to fly by herself (she claims she wouldn't be) but what if she gets scared - will they shoot her too? That's why I think you should send her by train. There is a comraderie among train travelers that would encourage them to watch out for her. If she isn't working and she has the time, it would be a great way for her to go. ted
