I don't see how Comcast could offer 100 channels for twelve bucks. It's costs are greater than that. The basic channels they give you they get free. The Nets are free. You pay extra for Fox and CNN. They may be close to cost at the basic rate, but the people who buy only this are a small percentage of their total.
