GlobalSantaFe ups cash dividend Thursday December 8, 6:07 pm ET GlobalSantaFe Corp. said Thursday that its board of directors has increased the company's quarterly cash dividend to 22.5 cents per share. The raise is a percent jump from the previous quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend is to be paid on Jan. 13, 2006 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 30. Based in Houston, GlobalSantaFe (NYSE: GSF - News) is an offshore oil and gas drilling contractor.
