Chuck Hagel is a great choice regardless of who wins. I always like Sam Nunn. Rumsfeld has made a terrible mess of things. One thing that dont want now or never again is an arrogant sob. I really wanted to use the p***k word to describe him but i should keep calm. As to US fp, it has always "been a catastrophe". I never remember it being smooth. Remember the ugly american from the 50s and 60s? Nothing seems to change and whether we are isolationsist or wilsonian it doesnt matter, we are hated because of what we have amassed as much as how we behave.
