I'M fascinated by it! It just needs some major employer, say from CA or another bubblezone, to realize it's charms and relocate. The company could BUY equivalent homes for relocating employees in Danville while theirs were on the market in CA. Once their CA homes sold, all the relocating employees would realize huge windfalls, most probably tax free, buy the homes from the company and still have tons o' cash. That would probably be enough to convince the provincial Californians to relocate to Danville.
