With all due respect, employees are usually the last to know.

"Insider buying" is meant to include officers, directors, and sometimes other large holders.

They have not bought one share. The "quiet period" restrictions and option grants are not a reason to not buy stock in the open market if you think it's undervalued.

Waiting for the stock to go up 50% or more for options to be exercised when it's available in the marketplace at "bargain" prices, doesn't make sense.

It's the people who know who matter. And they are silent so far.

I'm not trying to be negative on the stock, I actually have no opinion either way. But insider buying is a tried and true signal.
