Just read today in Business Week the number of white collar workers telecommuting could reach 40% early next decade which is at least triple the number today. A huge community in close proximity to the airport in Albuquerque is being built to cater to that demographic wanting a nice lower cost lifestyle and ability to fly out early am and be back home in time for dinner. Even more drain from California if this becomes reality?
