Gib,
FRG.TO is an exploration company (no mining yet) that is way too heavy in marketcap for my liking. Their Uranium is mostly in low-grade deposits / situations. I think they have one participation in an Athabascan project but frankly, I'm not really inclined to invest into its marketcap of $180m.. For a similar marketcap in the $100-300m range you almost get a part of a small-scale U-miner like Denison (DEN.TO) or Aflease (SXR.TO).

I guess FRG.TO is mostly driven by its gold deposists (Turkey etc..).. For me it's either credible Athabasca related juniors (like DJE.V) or Brownfields in mining friendly areas.. Actually PAF.V is very similar from its project approach to FRG.TO but it's entirely in Madagascar. Difference there is mostly the marketcap - PAF.V is $27m instead of $180m with FRG.TO.. I guess most of the differential is explained by different "stages" and the fact that PAF.V is exploring a frontier area. That'S ok for me..
