The bad thing to me about this torture is that our cause it not just. We are there for phoney reasons. Abu Graib was a lousy way of discovery.

We are as much invaders as the British were in the 1700's when they thought they could overcome our patriots. (They came very close by the way to winning. Historians point out that if the winds were with some British ships in New York one day they might have overcome our forces. That factoid comes from David McCullough.)

Torture, or the thought of it upsets folks.
They say killing is just hunky dory, but oh no not threatening torture to find discovery of needed info.
Bush is a cowardly lion who invented reasons for invading Iraq. Those strategies are more torture for our military than anything else. Our men and women are dieing for that.
