Hmm, I decided to read your post. You're tilting at windmills. I've been skeptical of Henry's campaign from the beginning, partly for the reasons you list, and expressed that sentiment on his site a few times while he was still around. I had a sizeable portfolio of flu or vaccine related stocks, and have sold them all - because I don't believe that the mutation, if it happens, will happen this year. And finally, I never buy any stock based on takeover rumors. Short plays on companies that have run up on hype are indeed an excellent way to make money, IF your timing is exquisitely perfect. So I don't have shorts in the Avian flu area yet.
