LOL! "That must be really a prime resort area to be that high per acre." Not even close. There's only a broken down little town with not even a decent grocery store. I drive to Whitefish to get the groceries. The nearest resort is Whitefish 50 miles south or Fernie 50 miles north.

If you think this is expensive try Jackson Hole. In June I saw a 5 acre lot down there going for 5,000,000.
