The Prez's earnings statements is what caught my eye, "pending and soon to be announced contracts", and this further solidifies my premise into getting in. I believe that this new funding only supports the promise of upcoming contracts earlier stated. We are in good shape going forward, although I do think that we will see it dip back and forth in the interim, just enough for you to get in once more at the lower prices I hope! I hope to see $3 as the first stop up!! (No TA or FA here, just plain optimistic!)
