I have no problem with that, and I think that is already in the works.

Should all people who live in a flood plain be covered by the feds up to 95%?

Did you ever read anything I wrote suggesting I believe that ought to be the case? You won't find it.

The present plan for flood insurance is fine. If folks need additional coverage, they can buy it.

If you don't think the feds ought to pay 95% of the levees and the flood control project costs, and this is somehow implemented, the projects won't get done.

Might as well shut things down, destroy the existing levees and flood the city once and for all.

Thank God you're not in charge.
