Premenos Selected by Ernst and Young Technologies, Inc. as EDI
Software Partner of New Solutions Program
CONCORD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1997--Premenos Technology Corp. today announced that Ernst and
Young Technologies Inc. (EYT) has chosen Premenos to fulfill the EDI software requirements for EYT's Baan Palletized
Solution.
EYT is a leading systems integration and reselling business unit of the Ernst & Young Global Client Consulting organization,.
The program was established to deliver turnkey systems consisting of applications, infrastructure and training to end user
customers. Initial applications slated to be palletized include Premenos' EDI/Open software for UNIX and NT, Baan ERP
software, Optio software for forms and fax management, Epic and Intermec for data collection, and Vertex software for sales
and use tax management. The solutions will be delivered on industry standard hardware platforms, preloaded and tested for
compatibility and interoperability.
