The neocons want the government privatized so that it can be controlled in perpetuity. No the neo cons as a whole are not even on the libertarian end of the conservative movement, or even of the current Republican party. They are generally more willing to accept government action than many other conservatives. Privitisation, might be supported by some neo-cons in some situations but its hardly the core of what seperates neo-conservatives from everyone else, or even from other conservatives. Tim
