BigOil, and the Saudis as well, are making huge profits. If I remember correctly, the Saudis have a huge unemployment rate and were running a fiscal deficit before the Iraq invasion and the skyrocketing oil prices. Heck, if I also remember this correctly, the Iraqis are pumping less oil but making better bucks because of the huge inflation of oil prices. The losers: us.
