Note to Jason's Mother & David Pace: you all are clueless as to what defines 'insider information'

Per the Securities & Exchange Commission Acts of 1933 & 1934, If you have access to an advance copy of a newspaper/magazine article that contains "material non-public information" and you trade on that information, you are commiting a violation of Securities Laws. (Confirm this with your own counsel if you care to)

So, IF Neil had an advance copy of a not yet published magazine article, and IF Neil traded on that information, Neil would be violating the SEC act.

Bottom line; Pierre is entirely correct in his assessment regarding Neil holding a copy of a not yet published magazine article.
