In our case, it's simple: the Feds are the only ones with the resources available to do the necessary. The costs are enormous, huge--you must really not have an idea of what is required, otherwise you would not make the comment--and we cannot do it on our own. Unfortunately, GM, Microsoft, and Walt Disney aren't interested.

Plus, it's now 100 days after K. struck becoming clear that the COE screwed the pooch. Isn't it just for it to fix things?
