Iraq didn't have a VX program in the late 90's or since, so the guy was clearly mistaken. What your post does prove however is that Bushies have been lying their heads off accusing Clinton of not going after Bin Lauden and blowing up "an aspirin factory". What hypocrites the rightwing are. In this case they actually sided with Al Qaida against the USA and the White House. They were also wrong.
