Well, Lance has been fairly bearish on the dirts for awhile (though in all fairness, less so of late), so who knows. I agree with him that the COT's have been less well correlated with the POG moves of late, but it's pretty hard to know exactly (or even approximately) what the hedge funds are doing. They probably are pretty long, but they've probably been long energy for awhile, too, and it hasn't killed that market (so far).
