Good price call. CPNL had very good news at the bell. Let's hope Calpine's stock price appreciates like Healthsouths:

Former HealthSouth CEO takes reins at Calpine
Monday December 12, 5:05 pm ET

Calpine Corp. named former HealthSouth CEO Robert May to lead the troubled energy company's turnaround on Monday.

May, 56, has previous experience with troubled companies, having helped HealthSouth Corp. out of an accounting scandal before resigning in September.

San Jose-based Calpine (NYSE: CPN - News) has had former Chevron CEO Kenneth Derr at the helm since its board of directors ousted company founder Peter Cartwright two weeks ago. Derr will remain on the Calpine board of directors as chairman.

Calpine is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy with nearly $18 billion in debts even as it bond holders sue it to prevent the company from selling off its remaining assets to help prop up Calpine debt securities.

May took over HealthSouth after its former CEO, Richard Scrushy, got caught up in a $2.7 billion accounting fraud case. He was most recently president of Business Logistics and serves as a member of Charter Communications' board of directors and Deutsche Bank of Americas advisory board.
