Earlier this month the GNPI raised $32 million from the sale of 16 million shares of stock at $2.00 per share.

As of December 5, 2005, GNPI has 58,871,136 shares outstanding. Based on today’s closing stock price of $2.18, the company is being valued at approximately $128.3 million. That would suggest that the joint venture has a valuation of approximately $428 million.

There are also approximately 21 million options outstanding with an average strike price of $1.90 per share. As part of the recent private placement, 4.8 million warrants were issued with a strike price of $2.40.
