Oh, I hear you and completely concur. Stealing is culturally "helping". IPR folks in Silicon Valley are very doubtful mainland will be like Taiwan (where eventually people learned to respect IP.) A friend's friend from mainland started a company, but he decided to hire engineers in the USA instead because he said his home culture abounds in IP theft. Meanwhile, you've got the USA handing over IP on a golden platter. AMD's risk exposure is actually substantially much higher than Intel's. Am trying to figure out what the exact IP exposure is for Intel. There are somethings where it doesn't matter if IP theft occurs - hopefully that's what gets tossed over the fence. What are your thoughts about what will be the "first IP to go" in such a venture? Regards, Amy J
