Management is lost and have no clue as what to try next. The only hope for some modest recovery now is a buyout. Several years ago I recall CH saying he wouldn't sell at 4 because the company was worth a lot more then that. I wonder if he would take 4 now....I would ! Well for all those who thought I was an alarmist when I went from bull to bear on this company, I hope you see the light next time. The lesson was: companies that have never made a dime, continue to float more stock to "buy" some kind of market share does not work. They need to do the work to CREATE a market for their product. Covad never did this. Covad mislead investors in my opinion. Sure they have the standard disclamimers but the GOBEAM deal was a huge mistake and done at the wrong time. This WIFI thing is a last gasp call it gobeamII. They never figured it out. All the sales $....have done little All the Buyout $ has done little All the training $ has done litte Mr. Hoffman, I ask you: WHERE IS THE PAYOFF? If you can't tell me when, sell this company, stop dragging your feet and pissing away market cap in exchange for employee bonuses.And don't buy any more stock, it is embarrassing.
