guanxi2005 you are a feakin joke... I cannot believe that someone would put all their cash in a company that signs a letter of intent (LOI) A LOI is nothing more than a willingness to do due diligence on a company and buy it if the terms are right. Well TWOG during it's due diligence found some discrepancies with the IRS on the company they wanted to buy so they passed... Prudent business work... now we have one idiot that has set himself up for slander and liable just because he should not be investing in the market in the first place... get a grip and go back to something you can make money at.
