a Calpine official said the fate of the incomplete Fremont Energy Center remains unaffected.

HA!

My company had an order for the air handling equipment for this project about three years ago. Actually shipped some of the equipment which has been sitting on site ever since. If there's anybody at the job site, they're ghosts, because I haven't seen anything human there for years. Thankfully I got paid for what I did ship and if they ever do start this project back up they'll have to pay in advance for anything further. The contractors are fed up with their promises and I don't why anyone in their right mind would do business with a company that could very likely go belly up. I don't need another stinking bankruptcy write off! Comeback after you file!

Thanks for posting link Copperfield. Don't want you to think I'm shooting the messenger!
