Well, here's my take. My experience tells me that I don't like investing in companies that keep me in the dark. Take RSHN for example. They just had really good new released today, but I also know that they just raised the A/S to 4 billion. I would be buying a ton of RSHN right now, but I have no way to know if they are dumping shares or not. IMVHO, that's not investing...it's gambling. My opinion may not be a very popular one, but I think it has merit.

So, about the history, I bet that the best pinksheet stocks are the ones that set themselves up from the beginning behaving AS IF they were already on a higher exchange. Guess that would mean the one's that submit timely reports to pinksheets.com AND have a IR Guy.

Thoughts anyone?
