I don't know what it means anymore. There is a guy from Merrill on the tube talking up how good things are, and the new street mantra is 'one and done' meaning the FED will have more 1/4 point increase and that is it. I think the experts are full of shit, but I have always felt that way, so I expect them to stick to the company talking points. It is absurd, but they have inventory to push. In the meantime, consumers voted on BBY today, and it was negatory, the bbymi* puts + 178% this minute. (best buy jan 45*) My position was small as I was in accumulation mode on my January theory of a big dump, but I'll take it anyway... Laa... As in years past, I start visiting Best Buy & CC stores in early Nov to judge store traffic, inventory levels, talk to sales people, etc. Beats digging ditches for a living. ______________ Suggesting reading> fortune.com
