Going back to the "Mark LaPedus" story from October 21st and looking at the current statements of both, Nikon and ASML - everything points towards ASML being clearly ahead of Nikon. I don´t know whether it´s by 6 or 12 months, but it seems to be pretty significant. Moreover, the third player, Canon, is for the time being more or less out of the immersion game, which should bode well for the others.
