For me, that was the second best line. the best was... It’s a consequence of relentless pressure from conservatives, which has pulled what used to be the center way over to the right Which explains why capitalist, stock-trading, educated & comfortable middle-class+ people such as, er, some here for example [no names ;-)] can be viewed as left-wing. The centre as an absolute is a long way off from the centre of current US political discourse. Hey, imagine if the 50% vote line in Congress were viewed as the 'neutral' point on the centre <bg>
