that is a dam good point, in my suit they wanted me to quit so that we wouldnt even make it to discovery and put the buttazz's through depositions interrogetories and whatnot
i can sympathize w/ leon, he likely hates carlos with a passion, but the reverse merger bailed leon out, im sure he's got options, i think though it might be that he's mad because he "had to" sell shares for the company
as i said all along, this was over compensation, if he knew that the company was dead he'd not be bothering to sue them at this point, or try to hurt then else his shares would rapidly become worthless
these things can turn around in a positive way, as far as tribecca is concerned im sure they just never understood the market, the risk yes the market no, and that will be their downfall real revenues kills this in a heartbeat
as far as a botched arbitraton that is just a skirmish of a small order, as long as they dont defame the plaintiff it should go smoothly the cap on litigation will be well contained
i must say however my patience is being streatched and im disapointed in the 2006, 2007, 2008 wording, seeming to suggest that the orders will come peicemeal, frankly that is real crap,
on the other hand a phone pre installed and optimized to work w/ skype that has the ability to be registered w/ a carrier of choice is going to be a real winner imho, once they do this carriers will have no choice but to implement seamless roaming (ASNAP) in order to snag revenues from skype users
skype users will have a choice, there will be investors the business model is no longer molten, with skype a large portion is in the process of solidification
