What are all these "mortgage loan repurchase requests"?>>>>>> Uh I would say loans that closed missing required documentation by the investor, or loans that may have questionable supporting documentation. Or loans closed that just did not meet investor guidelines. We had one where the fine print actually said the seller had to have held the house for 180 days prior to sale. Fell through the cracks we had to rebuy the loan. Anti flipping measure in fine print.
