Where exactly have you seen this report. I have not heard even a hint about cost overruns at Iridium. As a matter of fact industry specialists have been very impressed that they have been keeping up with their schedule despite the five month delay caused by the Delta II rocket exploding with some other satellite on board in January 1997.
