Looks like info already available in their profile and 2nd qtr report:
>>MTON is an independent developer and provider of enhanced directory assistance for the wireless telecommunic-ations industry. The Company contracts with wireless communications carriers to provide EDA to a carrier's sub-scribers. For the six months ended 6/97, revenues rose 14% to $10 million. Net loss totalled $374 thousand vs. income of $727 thousand. Revenues reflect increases in call volumes at call centers. Net loss reflects higher operating costs of additional call centers.

2nd qtr report

>>Revenues for the 1997 second quarter were $5,468,000, or 21% above 1996 second quarter revenues of $4,516,000 and 22% above first quarter 1997 revenue of $4,486,000. Net income for the latest quarter was $16,000 or $0.00 per share, compared with net income of $442,000 or $0.05 per share in the prior year's second quarter and a loss of $391,000 or $0.04 per share in the 1997 first quarter.

The second quarter's results included a write-off of $68,000 related to capitalized software development expenses which became unnecessary due to the company's previously announced acquisition of certain software assets of Microlytics, Inc. Excluding this one-time charge, earnings for the quarter would have been $84,000 or $0.01 per share.
