Well, I didn't know that about Shinn and Knight. I guess that is why they tied up with King and HTDS in the first place. And they did start the deal with Colorado and Shapiro back then and had some money raising prospects which fizzled, some anyway. Perhaps Shinn and his SCG need to be replaced by Chung, but I think he is stuck with them now but who knows. I still like Tubercin and its prospects but perhaps ATKJ is not the best company to carry Tubercin forward. We'll see - maybe Shinn and Knight will come out of this better for the experience.
