sorry it tool so long to get back to you you know most of the 'hot' seats are perked out right? set a price, make it fair and sell - a simple first come first serve - not every Joe will get to attend, but will have an affordable chance to buy a seated ticket at one point during say a 10 year window but I believe this all started with someone saying how philanthropic a music star was my point was, they should be a little more philanthropic to their fans who gave them the means to be so benevolent
