Truly funny...

I never did understand the restrictions of computers going anywhere except for maybe strategic missile defense in the cold war. FWIW, we should have shipped computers to all underdeveloped countries to get them as technically proficient as we can so we can sell them services and higher end hardware. We can't manufacture anything else anyway. Take the Far East for example, it's the next stomping ground as is Africa or SA.
