Well, I'm no expert, but since the OTC has no price restrictions then we need not worry about a R/S if that's what you are saying. Matter of fact, in SSTY's case it would be quite wonderful because that would open us up to Chinese investors. I suppose all the need is the audited financials. It also tells me that new management is going to be releasing quarterly and annual reports from here on out...definitely a move towards shareholder friendly. By the way, I entered into SSTY way before the Transparent Flamingo/Maven rules came into effect for me. Ironically, I would have given them the time of day if they were already in place. Now, however, looks like they are may measure up after all. GodBless-ND cris
