I think it will be true in time as the city 'comes alive' again

if I was to buy, I would definitely be a high ground girl without question

and eventually supply and demand would kick in

rental - yeah, when I was down I heard Quarter apartment rentals were sky high - where we stayed was mostly filled with contractors [@ $175.00 a night]

we just heard midcity are is to get electrical next week, with gas coming on in january

also spoke with a few midciters and none have touched their places yet - I think they're waiting for utilities, for a feel of how the area will come to life and when

his lawyer is undecided if he will come back at all, his professor friend is too, with leanings towards coming back if he keeps his position [lots of college staff layoffs]

two other friends have resettled in other states and will not be coming back

several other friends he is not able to locate yet

how y'all doing carranza2?
