Yep. The Kurds have an 8 year out in the Constitution. Besides the militia have already said they will not take orders from Baghdad. It's bizarre. The Sunnis are the ones who have the most American-like position: secular and Iraq in one piece. The Sunnis are also the insurgency we're fighting. Yep. This is such a clear strategy.
