Lets hope that there is a really good reason to do this like "proceeds of this financing will be invested in the necessary infrastructure, personnel and licensing fees to compete in the point–of–care cardiovascular and clinical infectious disease diagnostic markets worldwide. and that is that. There must be more than a dog and pony show to keep getting these financings, certainly if we had to build this company on the revenues it produces it would never happen. If it is really true that we entering markets worldwide it will take some cash bootstrap this effort. I believe that a successful investment strategy has to focus on the world market level of things. Any company that will take a leading role in any worldwide marketing sector will give hugh returns no matter what the share dilution is. Best stay the coarse, it seems it won't be long till we really know now. Regards Dick Martin
