Guess that c2 has me on ignore. Perhaps he thought I was asking too many questions, or perhaps he knows that there are problems with the NO and LA folks that are beyond Bush's fault. The whole thing is so sad. The press isn't telling the story about much of anything there.

What happened in the past to make so much more damage ~~ what's happening to the area now ~~ and what is to be done in the future to try to avoid such massive problems in the future....
