Russ: been thinking about the gold and yen relationship. As you know, Coxe attributed golds rise largely to YEn weakness...true i thinik and the chart bears that out, BUT what it misses is the real explanation: pig men borrorowing cheap yen to specualte in gold: then, with profits in hand, cash out the long gold and buy the cheap yen. Seems not nearly enoughattention goes to the real reason Japan still has free money: it is the SPIGOT.
