I'll give this one more try.

Please answer my question from two posts back - which therapy would you choose to start with if you needed help in this area?? The statistics you seem to want to wrap yourself up in don't matter in the real patient/MD world.

I believe that most patients (& their physicians) will START with the most convenient/least unpleasant therapy. If it works, they'll stay with that therapy. This will be enough patients to make Zonagen very profitable - that's all that matters. This is not about who has the very best drug based on efficacy. There will be several companies/drugs that will profit from this market. Why do you insist on having only one winner???

If this drug has no future, how is it that Zona is actively involved in negotiations with several major pharma firms for distribution rights?? Do you know something that they don't know??
