I believe one of the best signals to watch in Jan should be inventory. If there is a spike in listings in all areas, especially in the leading spec areas such as Phoenix, Vegas, then sales either pick up to absorb the inventory or else the price is coming down.

So far, there is only one thing I see that may delay GREBB day, that is talk of FOMC stopping at the Jan 31 meeting.
